We operate where we're licensed, traffic where it's legal, and verify every affiliate before a single click is paid. Here's the regulatory spine that holds it all up.
JURISAL OÜ// itself does not operate gambling products. We operate as an affiliate marketing network for licensed gaming operators. Every brand listed in our catalog must hold at least one active licence from a recognised authority before its offers go live on our platform.

Licence numbers for each brand are visible inside the affiliate portal and are kept current. If a brand loses its licence in a given jurisdiction, its offers are suspended for that GEO within 24 hours.
Every affiliate signing up to JURISAL OÜ// passes through a documented Know-Your-Customer process before the first commission payment leaves our books. We do this in line with the 5th and 6th EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives and the UK Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
Affiliates are re-screened against sanctions and PEP lists on a rolling basis. Unusual payout patterns — sudden volume spikes, mismatched GEO attribution, or wallet hopping — trigger a manual review.
We do not pay commission on traffic from jurisdictions where the promoted brand is not licensed, or where online gambling is prohibited outright. Restricted territories include but are not limited to: USA (except where the brand holds a state-level licence), France (without ANJ approval), Australia, Singapore, UAE, Turkey, China (mainland), Hong Kong, North Korea, Iran, Cuba, and any country under active OFAC sanction.
Each brand has its own GEO matrix — see the brand's page in the portal for the authoritative list. Sending traffic from a restricted GEO results in zero attribution for that player. Repeated violation is grounds for termination under §06 below.
All gambling promotion under JURISAL OÜ// is strictly 18+, or 21+ in jurisdictions that require it (USA where applicable, parts of Greece, etc.). Every creative kit we hand out carries an age-gate requirement. Affiliates running pre-landers, social ads, or content sites are required to:

Anything that materially misrepresents the offer — fake winning screenshots, doctored RTP claims, "guaranteed wins" framing — is a hard violation and results in immediate suspension.
Bonus terms displayed in affiliate creative must match the brand's live T&Cs at the moment the user clicks. Stale wagering requirements, removed free-spin counts, or expired welcome amounts are not permitted after a 24-hour grace period from any brand-side change. We push update notifications via the portal and the API; it's the affiliate's job to ingest them.
Affiliates are processors of player data only to the extent that postbacks flow through their stack. We provide a DPA template inside the portal. Affiliates may not store, resell, or enrich PII passed via tracking pixels. For our handling of personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
Compliance violations are graded:
Fraud — bonus abuse rings, click fraud, identity layering, fake-traffic injection — is automatically Tier 3 and may be referred to the relevant regulator and to law enforcement.
