These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the "Affiliate") and JURISAL OÜ Network Ltd., a company incorporated in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Juhkentali tn 8, 10132 (the "Network", "we", "us"). By submitting an affiliate application or sending traffic under an approved affiliate account, you accept these Terms in full.

We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion and without obligation to give reasons.
Affiliate applications are reviewed within 24 business hours. Approval is conditional on satisfactory KYC (see Compliance). Until you receive written approval, no commission is earned, regardless of traffic sent.
Conversions are attributed via our first-party tracking system. Cookies, session fingerprints, and (where supported) login-bound attribution are stored for the windows set out per brand inside the portal. Tracking disputes must be raised within 30 days of the disputed event; after that, logs are considered final.
Use of malware, browser hijacking, cookie-stuffing, iframe injection, auto-redirects, or any non-consensual tracking mechanism is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all balances.
Commission is paid on the basis chosen at brand-onboarding: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, or Rake share. Headline rates shown in the portal are the maximum available. Actual rate depends on volume, quality, and brand-side performance review.
We do not operate negative carryover. A losing month on RevShare resets to zero at the close of the period — it is not held against the next.
Default payment schedule is monthly, net-7 after period close. Weekly and daily schedules are available once you've cleared a defined performance threshold. Supported rails: SEPA, SWIFT, USDT (ERC-20, TRC-20), BTC, ETH, and Skrill/Neteller in selected GEOs.
Minimum payout threshold is €100 (or equivalent) for your first payout. After that, the threshold drops to €0. Bank and network fees are deducted from the payable amount.
Balances reflected as "pending" are subject to brand-side reconciliation and may be adjusted for fraud, chargebacks, or bonus abuse identified after the fact.

Each brand's logos, trademarks, and creative assets are licensed to you strictly for the purpose of promoting that brand under these Terms. Sub-licensing, resale, derivative use, or use after termination is prohibited.
Commercial terms — your specific rates, individual brand caps, performance data, and any non-public information shared via the portal — are confidential. You may not disclose them to third parties (including other affiliates) without our written consent, except as required by law.
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship for convenience on 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately on:
On termination, no further commissions accrue. Pending verified commissions are paid at the next regular cycle, except where withheld under §05 or §07.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities. Our total aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms is capped at the total commissions paid to you in the 6 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Juhkentali tn 8, 10132. The courts of Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Juhkentali tn 8, 10132 have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you reside or hold assets to enforce a money judgment.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified through the portal at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of your account after the effective date is acceptance of the revised Terms.
Bottom line: send real traffic, follow the rules, get paid the day we said we'd pay you. We've made it through five revisions of this document and the principle hasn't moved.
